- Indoor Sports Centres in Kowloon District

(Time may be adjusted by up to two hours depending on indoor venue availability)
Training Content
Ages 4-6
- Understanding and familiarizing with the basketball court
- Learning basic basketball terms and terminology
- Understanding the basic rules of basketball games
- Learning body coordination and footwork (running, jumping, and stopping)
- Learning basic basketball skills (passing, catching, ball handling, dribbling, and shooting)
- Basketball practice (2-person, 3-person)
